Internal Recruitment Campaign | Transmit Security

This project combined the design of an onboarding welcome kit with an internal recruitment campaign for Transmit Security, focused on strengthening employer branding and employee perception. Custom illustrations inspired by the company’s Tel Aviv office location reflect a vibrant, people-first tech culture and help position Transmit Security as welcoming, youthful and aspirational. The visual system was applied across onboarding and internal recruitment assets, creating a consistent experience that supports engagement and reinforces a “this is a place everyone wants to work” message within the tech and cybersecurity industry.
